Aalborg, Sep. 21st, 2026 – 2G Cloud ApS has been named an OpenAI Select Partner as part of the OpenAI Partner Network. The status builds on 2G Cloud’s work with cloud and AI and its ambition to make the technology a tangible competitive advantage for Danish businesses.
The OpenAI Partner Network brings together companies with industry expertise, delivery capabilities and customer relationships to help organizations build and deploy AI solutions using OpenAI technologies. As an OpenAI Select Partner, 2G Cloud will help businesses build, deploy and scale AI solutions responsibly and effectively.
OpenAI is behind ChatGPT and a range of other AI solutions that help people and businesses complete work tasks, develop software and automate processes. Its business offerings include ChatGPT Business and ChatGPT Enterprise, with shared workspaces, access to AI assistants and agents, and centralized administration. Both offerings include ChatGPT Work, which can create documents, analyses and presentations using company files and connected tools. With Codex, development teams can use AI agents to understand and enhance code, fix bugs and run tests.
OpenAI supports technologies that enable AI systems to connect with external tools and data. This includes support for Model Context Protocol, as well as the gpt-oss models, OpenAI’s open-weight models, which can support local deployment and customization. In addition, components of Codex, including the Codex CLI and SDK, are open source. This gives businesses unique opportunities to integrate and adapt AI to their own environments.
Making AI work in everyday business
2G Cloud already works with the deployment of AI agents, employee training and integration with companies’ existing systems. It brings this experience to its work with OpenAI’s products. This can include simplifying work on documents and analyses through ChatGPT Work, supporting development teams with Codex, or building AI agents that perform tasks across customers’ systems using OpenAI’s models and API.
